“When Life Comes From Death and The Loss of Life Teaches us How to Care Enough to Understand how to Love.”
This is the will and Strength of God
When a nightmare teaches us how to LOVE 💗
May I share with you a little something I’ve learned, not by choice but instead by force?
14 years ago I would begin burying my entire family, and in 1 year my family as I knew it was gone. Since then, up until very recently, every aspect of life had been more tragic and transformational than anything I could have thought possible.
The truth in acknowledging that I have come through these 14 years of challenge a whole Being , mentally, psychologically, spiritually, and even more rewarding is that I am physically still alive is nothing but miraculous.
The details that are ingredients for the recipe of not just our personal lives, but sharing a bond with others, be it friendships, business and most importantly, an intimate bonds, is far more vast than our general thoughts and beliefs comprehend.
I have only been gifted the understanding of these beautiful details because I was a martyr the first half of my life. {literally and truthfully}
13 people passed in one year and I was the one found bodies, was at the incident, who prepared bodies in caskets, dressing, hair, nails, makeup etc. cremations, preparing + paying for all life celebration gatherings, obituaries, everything. To then, at the end of it all realize; I am the only living adult left, no one to assist me, to be an elder, just me.
The reality showed me things that only having been forced to see, is it possible for one to see. Taking those we care for, for granted is a main course of reality. This is something after my loss that since, I NEVER DO and have the gratitude to show others how to also learn how to remember, to the not acknowledge, again not remember, again forget to remember and forget to make this a priority. On & on Over & over.
Few people understand Love, and I was once one of us who was lost in love.
Reflection is not something I seek to understand within her full measurements.
“Image is a universal description of personal depiction.”
Dictatorship with intent to speak to one “Self.” For instance, Looking at Self in the mirror greeting Self with kind recognition.
We could, choose to do this… We could even choose to speak out loud to ourselves, as we look into the mirror. Checking in with Self. Eye to eye asking, Self; “How are you Being Today?”
Or more often than not, do we instead, choose to check our appearance? Which then has lead us to self discrimination with a quick belittling insult claiming, Ugh, “Having a bad hair day!” something we're all guilty of.
Disconnected and unaware of most of our personal insults, even as silly as a bad hair day claim may seem, this is personally damaging and Self abuse.
Reflection comes from the deepest depths within us, deeper than the flesh. Reaching down into the roots of all energetic pathways. “From the Crown, all the way down through the SOULS OF OUR FEET.”
Reflection comes from the cavities of our past. The {History} Our own personal “Hi’Story” 🙋🏽♀️ Our lives unearthed, revealed, released, uncaptured, set free.
The image is not always reflection. And reflection is almost never an Image. In order to find reflection, we have to begin with, finding time, taking notice of our beautiful details, and basking in the fountain of our beautiful existence.
Proudly embracing our perfect imperfections. {Something we refer to as flaws} Consciously investing attention into the privilege of having the ability to, visually capture an in-depth look. To see. To view admirably, the many layers of beauty in the mirror, reflecting.
Greeting ourselves when we wake in the morning. Then again before sleeping each night, allowing Self, time to meet reflection in the mirror, saying Self; “I care for you enough to understand how to love you.”
Self, I'm proud of you. You are brave. Hugging ourselves with pleasure and gratitude to be able. Smiling upon ourselves, granting ourselves a restful nights sleep.
All of these beautiful elements grant us a reflection, we are allowed to meet again, over and over everyday.
Never would we schedule a meeting with any other Being, before we have met with, and greeted ourselves FIRST !
- I was sitting in my hotel room, thinking about “Being.” Being Human, and what that means; To Be Human? Then I thought, I can’t just, “Be Human.” Grow to harness authentic reflection {in the mirror} Seeing Self. Asking; “How Am I Being?” Seeking “TRUTH”, Mantras Every morning at 6am. Again in the afternoon 1:11pm. Upon the closing of the day, into the sleepiness of night, “I” will check in with “Myself” by out loud asking; 𝒱𝒶𝓃𝒾𝓈𝒽𝒶, How are you Being?
“UnI has nothing to do with me and you, but everything to do with Us”
As I lay in the grass, I feel the earth breathe. The soil is cool no matter the season.
The world turns in dance no matter the reason. I chose this spot to lay; Underneath this tree, The years that's grown, The things it seen.
Circumstances that took place, Right here in this space. People making love, kissing, Fighting, dancing, loving, Living, forgiving!
Here I Lay, enjoying the day, Listening to the music alone; Only nature can play. Closing my eyes breathing in the breeze, Perfumed with natures finest; Flowers, wind, grass and sunshine. What else could I possibly need; What else is there, But beauty!
I want to share my gratitude for all of the likes and follows ! All I share comes from the gift of being a connected conduit. So please, understand this 5’3 Woman is like a spillway, here to wash away confusion and struggles upon your shoulders. My purpose is; “To care enough to understand how to love 💗”
Lustrous as fire, radiant as gold, Resplendent as the sun, calm as the moon.
For the next several days I will be sharing one my treasured and privileged bond with you.
Goddess Lakshmi Pt.1
The ancient story of Goddess Lakshmi — also known as Sri; Bestower of power, wealth and sovereignty
Draped in red saree, bedecked with gold ornaments, seated on a lotus, pot in hand, flanked by white elephants, the image of Lakshmi adorns most Hindu homes and business establishments.
Lakshmi is the Goddess of wealth, fortune, power, luxury, beauty, fertility, and auspiciousness. She holds the promise of material fulfilment and contentment. She is described as restless, whimsical yet maternal, with her arms raised to bless and to grant.
For centuries Hindus have invoked her thus: Beautiful goddess seated on a chariot. Delighted by songs on lustful elephants, Bedecked with lotuses, pearls and gems.
Lustrous as fire, radiant as gold, Resplendent as the sun, calm as the moon. Mistress of cows and horses — Take away of poverty and misfortune Brings joy, riches, harvest and children.
Shri is the sacred sound of cosmic auspiciousness and abundance since Vedic times.
The popularity of Lakshmi can be gauged by the fact that her sacred name
— Shri.
Shri is written atop most documents and spoken before addressing a God, a teacher, a holy man or any revered individual. The word evokes amongst other things: grace, affluence, abundance, auspiciousness, and authority.
When the word is spoken or written, an aura of holiness is established. Whatever follows the word is imbued with divine blessing. Married men and women are addressed as Shriman and Shrimati as they have Lakshmi’s blessings to harness the wealth of the world to support family and sustain society. Ascetics are not addressed as Shriman as they have renounced worldly riches; unmarried men and women are not addressed as Shriman and Shrimati as they are still in preparation for the householder’s life.
Just as the word ‘Aum’ is associated with the mystical side of life, the word ‘Shri’ is associated with the material side of existence.

The “Uni” connection is the most vital connection there is. Once rooted into Uni, we become conduits; Where we begin to receive our own “Verse” – The story of our lives, our, “Hi’Story” unfolding purpose unlike any other. Our Hi’Story – History
Understanding, Numinous Guide and Healing is our, Hi’Story.
When we are born, no one has to tell us to breath from the diaphragm, we simply do.
Age 1-5 is when the blueprint for who we are is set. Age 5 an atmosphere is built, from the top of the head, down to the chin. Separating us from conscious acknowledgment of anything below the chin. This detached sense of self leads to moving into the subconscious mind, by all of life’s misleadings; “Time” is the main factor, keeping us from whole body awareness, soul and spirit awareness, holding us above the the shoulders, locked in the head.
